When we were asked by the client to help design their 15,000 SF, 5-bedroom house in Watermill, it was clear that the sheer size of the residence was something to be brought back into proportion by the selected furniture.

We started from an empty space, and created free-floating living islands, detailed in soft gray linens with clear turquoise accents. Jan Kath's large carpets and their deconstructed patterns helped give a sense of luxurious lounging. Each bedroom created its own atmosphere, here, large carpets provide a sense of intimacy. Furniture from DDC, B&B Italia and Poliform and linen, blinds and curtains complete these spaces.
